Campus PCard (CPC) journals are web based journals used to transfer PCard charges to eligible projects and accounts within 60 days of the original ledger posting date.  This journal entry verifies the original PCard transaction on the ledger before allowing the transfer and does not allow the user to transfer more than what was originally posted to the ledger.   Campus units with access to CPC journals are responsible for maintaining adequate supporting documentation for seven years fiscal years after the charges are originally posted to the ledger.  CPC journal entry users are also subject to a compliance review at least once a year.
